 A Digital World of Imagination

It's already proved that social media and digital tools encourage us to be better and more creative writers. Digital technologies shape writing in many ways and  also become helpful  for teaching writing to primary and secondary school learners. Internet and digital technologies such as social networking sites, cell phones and texting, generally facilitating our personal expression and creativity, broadening the audience for our written material, and encouraging us to write more often in more formats than may have been the case in prior generations.
Technology and ICT  have re-engineered our society  in recent years. Some might say technology provides the seven survival skills exposed by 21st century learning. They are:
  • Collaboration across networks and leading by influence
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Agility and adaptability
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Initiative and entrepreneurialism
  • Accessing and analyzing Information
  • Curiosity and imagination

Towards the Era of Smart School

As a part of it the school has prepared a project of Rs. 70 Cr. to uplift the infrastructure facilities of the school.  A team of experts and engineers led by Dr. A Achuthan and Prof. K Sreedharan visited the school last day and assessed the possibilities and present condition.
